This includes the TITLE OF POEM and AUTHOR'S NAME.
Poems of any greater length would require very small letters, so because of this we must put a limit on lines.
NO GRAPHICS will be available for special requests. We will set up for words only.
Because of limitation on lines we will NOT be offering personalization on this service.

except for the name you are using on your order.
We request this simply because we must match up your email to
the order you are placing!

The only information that we will need besides the poem is your name as it appears on your order. Again, do not send
any information except questions or comments to our email address. It is not a secure site!
We do this for your protection, so please keep your information secure by not sending it to our email address!
If we receive your poem via our Special Request Information Form and you do not place your order through mail, fax or phone within 5 days we will
delete the entry and treat it as a no sale. This allows for any order coming through the
U.S. mail system time to arrive at our location. This applies to our printable order form only! Online orders will
be processed as soon as we receive them.
