Putting your email address on our order form is optional, but if you choose to do so, we will confirm your order within 5 business
days. If ordering through PayPal you will receive confirmation from them upon completing your order. We do not
normally respond to purchases made through PayPal because we receive confirmation of the order at the same time

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for orders never received by us - either through fax or mail. If you have

ON ENGRAVING ORDERS:
We will only accept returned merchandise if errors are found in the engraving and it was an error at our end.
There will be no additional cost to you (this includes
shipping).
Shipping charges on all products are
non-refundable. We do not accept responsibility for shipping charges on products returned and the original shipping
fee is non-refundable.

REASON WE ASK THAT WHEN FILLING OUT ORDER FORM THAT YOU MAKE SURE ANY TEXT INFORMATION YOU GIVE US IS ACCURATE AND CORRECT BEFORE PRINTING.

All engraving orders are shipped via USPS.
Below you will find a chart outlining shipping and
handling charges on all orders (this excludes custom picture framing orders.)
Any logos used are free of charge and engraving is free on all products. You pay the price you see with
no additional charges. On logos and graphics we do request the following:
Please email information to us and make sure image is in black & white form if possible.
(Subliminated orders: You can email a sharp, clean color image for these orders.)
Make sure image edges are sharp and clean with the image being a dense black.
Image should be same size as you want or larger and at least 400 dpi.
We prefer to have the image sent as jpeg, but we will also accept bmp or png.
We will not accept artwork through fax.We do offer discounted prices on same item purchases of 10 or more. This applies only

SPECIALTY ITEMS:
Specialty items are shipped via UPS. If you are not satisfied with any specialty item you purchased you may
return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, and in the original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories
to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to receive proper
credit. Please ship the item prepaid. Remember---we refund only the purchase price, minus original shipping
charges.
Please email us prior to returning an item for an RMA number. Be sure to include your order number
and the reason for the return.

CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMING:
We will except custom picture framing orders but only over the phone. You can call us toll free
at 1-866-746-1046. All custom framed order sales are final with no refunds. When you phone us we will notate all details of your order
and quote you a price for the service you've requested. This quote will include shipping/insurance charges. Shipping charges
on custom picture framing will be different from engraved products and gift items due to the size of product and
the weight. We also reserve the
right on custom picture framing orders to ship via UPS. Pictures you mail must be mailed to us at:

We highly recommend when mailing your print to us to place the
print in a mailing TUBE! We are not responsible for prints received that are damaged due to postal service treatment! We suggest

Most engraving items will be shipped via USPS. All other orders (including custom picture framing) are shipped
UPS. All items on our site are processed within 3 working days.
(This excludes custom picture framing. Custom Picture Framing
can take up to 6 weeks on delivery!)
Specialty items usually arrive in 7 - 10 working
days after order has been processed. Engraving items usually arrive within 5 to 7 days after order has been processed.
Still there are times when orders will
not arrive according to this schedule. Because of this we ask that you allow at least 14 days (2 weeks) to receive
your order. If after 2 weeks you have not received your merchandise please email us or call our toll free number
